About Reindeer Farm Petri Mattus
The Mattus family, Inari Sámi reindeer herders, live in the village of Menesjärvi, about 30 km from Inari. In winter they feed the herd in the wild, and visitors ride in a snowmobile-pulled sled across frozen lakes and through pine forest to reach it. Book no later than the day before.
